A Silly Easter Poem

Leave a comment Standard

My Mum once dropped a massive hint,
which nearly hit Dad’s head.
Dad dodged, and tripped, and then he fell
and squashed an Easter egg.

He then slipped on a daffodil,
which didn’t seem like fun,
as when his bottom landed,
it squashed a Hot Cross Bun.

He squashed a hat by accident,
and most of what he touched.
He is my funny, silly Dad,
who I love very much.
